END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

Thank you for your interest in the unique FPS/RTS hybrid, Iron Grip: Warlord ("IG:W" or "Game"). IG:W is offered by Isotx, Inc ("Isotx"), a company based in the United States. IG:W is a game with both single-player and multiplayer modes that allows up to eight players to interact in the same environment at the same time. You may play IG:W after reviewing the following terms and conditions.

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") describes the terms and conditions under which you may (i) install and use the Software; and (ii) use Iron Grip: Warlord. Isotx may amend this EULA from time to time by posting an amended version. If you accept this EULA, the then-current version of this EULA shall apply each time you access IG:W.

By clicking the "ACCEPT" button below, and confirming your acceptance by clicking the "CONFIRMED" button (or if you bypass or otherwise disable the "ACCEPT" and/or "CONFIRMED" buttons, and still install, copy, download, access or otherwise use Iron Grip: Warlord), you accept the terms and conditions in the EULA. If you do not accept the terms and conditions in the EULA, you must click the "DECLINE" button, discontinue use of our product. If you are the original purchaser of a boxed version of the Software on CD-ROM, you should contact us for a prompt refund. After installing and thereby using your access key, there is no possible refund.
1. REQUIREMENTS
To play Iron Grip: Warlord, you must: (i) purchase a valid copy of IG:W (this may be through a retailer and/or the Isotx website http://isotx.com); (ii) provide a valid email address to register your copy; and (iii) agree to the EULA.

2. LICENSE
You may only use one copy of IG:W per person. You may not share your copy with anyone, or allow anyone other than you to access or use your copy, regardless of who they may be.

3. COMMERCIAL USES
Copies may not be used for business purposes. Access to IG:W is intended for personal entertainment, enjoyment, and not for corporate or income-seeking activities. For example, if you are the proprietor of an Internet cafe or gaming room, you must make sure every copy is a licensed and valid copy of IG:W.

Also, you must contact Isotx at all times for any contest with monetary rewards involving Iron Grip: Warlord; chances are permission will be granted, but the proper channels must be used. The address to use for all such inquiries is: legal@isotx.com

4. USER RESTRICTIONS
Iron Grip: Warlord contains copyrighted material. You may not decompile, modify, publicly display, or freely distribute Warlord without permission. You may not ship or export the Software to any country other than where you bought it. You may not upload or download the game on a network or torrent website without permission (which we likely will not give). You are not allowed to rent, sell, lease, sublicense or otherwise distribute the game. Please do not violate these restrictions as lawyers are expensive, and you will be expected to pay for them.

5. TERMINATION
At any due time, this contract may be terminated by either side. You may terminate this license at any time by removing the software and disengaging in IG:W. Likewise, we may remove this agreement if you otherwise violate a rule and fail to comply with a provision in this license. In the event that termination occurs, you are legally required to uninstall IG:W immediately or face a lawsuit.

6. LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, NEGLIGENCE, SHALL ISOTX OR THEIR EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE OR RELATED DOCUMENTATION, EVEN IF SUCH PARTIES HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF THOSE DAMAGES. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. In no event shall our total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action (whether in contract, tort or otherwise) exceed the amount paid by you for Iron Grip: Warlord.

7. COPYRIGHT
Iron Grip: Warlord and all copyrights, trademarks and all other property rights are owned by Isotx, Inc and are protected by the United States copyright laws, international treaty provisions, and all applicable law. We also have an army of blood-thirsty, savage monkeys who will eat your hearts and devour your eyeballs should you break the law. Please do not otherwise redistribute or make unauthorized copies of our prod

8. LICENSE v. SALE.

Licensee acknowledges that in distributing Game Units, it is only authorized to grant to end-users a limited, non-exclusive sublicense to install and use the Game Units on a single computer for personal entertainment purposes only. Licensee agrees that the "first sale" doctrine of 17 U.S.C. §109 does not apply to the distribution or sale of the Game Units.
